Shipping times vary depending on the location of your delivery address.
International Standard Shipping: This service may be delivered via your local postal service and may not include a tracking number. If you use a trackable service, your shipping confirmation email will include a link to your tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package. Orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on your location. If delivery takes longer than this, please allow up to 25 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
International Express Shipping: Our courier offers fully tracked shipping. Your shipping confirmation email will include a link to your tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. If delivery takes longer than this, please allow up to 10 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
Some more remote addresses may require longer shipping times. Costs depend on the weight and size of your order.
If your order includes personalized items, it may take an additional 3 business days to ship, regardless of the shipping service selected.
Custom/personalized orders may use a non-tracked delivery service. If you have not received your order, please notify us within 40 business days of the dispatch date. We cannot guarantee tracking for any order after 40 business days.

In addition to the shipping fee, we may charge a handling fee to cover storage and packaging costs. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
Customs and Duties
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the UK and may incur customs duties and other charges upon entry into other countries. Any customs duties, customs clearance, taxes, or carrier charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not responsible for any such charges.
We cannot disclose the thresholds and rates for other countries, as these are set by each government and can vary significantly between countries and even between products. If there are any additional charges upon delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Varied Availability: If you have selected items with varying availability times, we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Order Dispatch: While we strive to process and dispatch your order on the same day, this may not always be possible for the following reasons:
· Pre-orders: Pre-ordered products or products that are out of stock at the time of order will be dispatched within the timeframe specified on our website.
· Payment Card Verification: Occasionally, we may need to perform additional verification of your payment card, which may delay your order. This is to mitigate the risk of fraud.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their item. Refunds will be processed through the payment method used.
Please note: Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable/exchangeable.
Special offers and promotional items are excluded and are subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is processed. If you cancel your order before processing, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return/Exchange Conditions
All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without wear, washing, or alterations, and with all tags intact.

Returns/exchanges must be made using the same service as the original shipment.
We only accept returns/exchanges from the country the order was originally shipped from. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from the United States.
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs are your responsibility).
For hygiene reasons, underwear, some jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned. Swim trunks and swimsuits must be returned with sanitary pads intact.
Of course, any defective items can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
If we decline your refund/exchange offer, we will notify you; you will have the option of shipping the product back to you at your own expense.
How do I return an item or my entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information to begin the return process:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product
Step 2: Return your receipt along with the item in its original packaging.
Step 3: Complete three copies of the Return Proforma Invoice form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs purposes, so please ensure you complete all three copies.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier and securely close the package after the courier inspects the return.
Refunds
Refunds for returns will be issued to your original method of payment. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Once your package arrives with us, please allow 3-7 days (depending on peak times) for processing. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, we will return the package at your expense. Once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund and send you a confirmation email.
